CareWell Urgent Care needed a digital campaign that could connect quickly with audiences experiencing common, everyday health issues. The challenge was to highlight symptoms people immediately recognize, while positioning CareWell as the reassuring, accessible solution — all within the quick-glance format of digital ads.
Concept & Design Approach
The creative strategy focused on empathy first: meet the audience in their moment of discomfort, then pivot toward relief. We paired candid, relatable imagery with playful, hand-drawn typography to visually emphasize the symptom being described — from sinus pressure to clumsy falls. Supporting copy leaned into conversational wordplay, making the message approachable while maintaining urgency.
